Mild-Moderate Mental Health Care Support

A mild mental health problem is best described as when a person has a small number of symptoms that have a limited effect on their daily life. On the other hand, a moderate mental health problem is when a person has more symptoms that can make their daily life much more difficult than usual.

The Service Users we care for may have a range of mild-moderate mental health conditions that include: depression, generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder just to name a few.

There is no limit to the support that can be provided to make a difference and enhance people’s lives.
